Q) Will my Pick Punch reach me in time for Christmas?
A) Please see Royal Mail's last postage dates here http://www.royalmail.com/greetings. Any orders made after last postage will still be processed and sent. We are not resposible for any items not received in time.
Q) How much is postage for the Pick Punch? How is it sent?
A) Standard postage within the United Kingdom costs £4.69 and is sent via Royal Mail First Class Delivery. This way we have proof of posting to your specified address from your PayPal payment.
Q) Do you post internationally?
A) Yes! We post to the EU and Rest of World, please make sure to select the apropriate option from the drop down menu. Typically the postage cost will increase by £1.50 up to £5 depending on your country and service you select.
Q) How long will my Pick Punch take to arrive?
A) We typically dispatch same day, in some unexpected cases it may take up to 3 days to dispatch. Typically Royal Mail First Class Delivery takes between 1-3 days to arrive.
Q) How do I track my order?
A) If you selected Recorded Delivery or international Tracking and what to know the tracking number used, please send us an email requesting your tracking number from the Contact Us link. Our system is not yet configured to automatically send out tracking numbers so we must handle them one by one.
