Punch Guide

Welcome to the Punch Guide

In this section you will find constantly updated ideas for your picks.

We suggest using materials that do not require a huge amount of force to be applied to the Punch to prevent damage or possibly breaking the Punch. If it is physically hard to punch then don't punch it. There is a section down below that discusses materials we have tested and will ensure the long life span of your Pick Punch.

ITEMS WE HAVE SUCCESSFULLY MADE PICKS FROM WITH OUR PUNCH:

If you do not see a material on the list that you have tried, and had good results from, let us know and we will test it and add it to the list. Please note that although our punch was designed to punch materials with as little possible effort, some users may find it difficult to punch some materials.

The items below are all made from similar plastic, these are the most punched items, they create a pick that has a very similar feel to a 1mm Jim Dunlop pick.
